Chosen Podiatrist, the best

First just to confirm, this is a completely independent review, as I have no connections with the clinic. Today was my first appointment there, and I'm pleased to say that it won't be my last. Having had long ongoing nail problems with skin sensitivity issues, as an ex-dancer, I was dreading going and felt quite anxious - especially as previous chiropodists had never really got to the root of the problem, therefore things had got progressively worse. In the first place, I was impressively fitted in here at extremely short notice between bank holidays. On arrival, I liked the environment: relaxed, calm, light, airy, and rather spa-like. From the receptionist to staff I chatted to while waiting, to my chosen podiatrist Annia, they could not have been better to meet and deal with. Annia was very welcoming and professional, somehow eased my anxiety, and greatly improved my toes - and the clincher - without any pain (for some weeks I had panicked that my throbbing big toenail was about to drop off). Result and relief! I also briefly met Lisa who seemed like another foot angel. The ladies here obviously care greatly about their work and you feel listened to, attended to, and worked with, as a person. That to me equals real service. Which when you're dealing with something as essential as feet, is priceless...next time I shall go with a spring in my step.
