Our goal at Winnipeg Rehabilitation & Sports Injury Clinic is to help you heal from an injury, learn how to prevent future injuries, and provide pain relief without the use of medication, injections, or surgery.

Our Athletic Therapist and Physical Therapist will work closely together to assess your mobility, balance and range of motion as well as the severity of your pain. When creating your treatment plan, we will consider your physical goals as well as any health risks.

During your initial evaluation, you may need to perform basic movements such as standing, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stretching or other motions.
